Declared Parambir Singh a fugitive accused in five different ransom cases were filed by the mumbai police Crime Branch.

 Prosecutors argued that no one knew where Parambir Singh was and that he had not been summoned for questioning and was not available at any of his addresses.Parambir Singh The police Commissioner of mumbai absconds 


 The court then ruled in favor of the public prosecutor. After declaring Parambir Singh absconding, further investigation will be conducted in that direction, police said. 


But when is an accused in any case declared absconding? How exactly is the subsequent legal action taken?

Parambir Singh is accused in five different ransom cases. In particular, Singh had initially accused former home minister Anil Deshmukh of extorting Rs 100 crore in ransom. 


However, after Singh's name came up in the Sachin Waze case, he was also accused. A few days ago, Parambir Singh took medical leave. Since then, it has been rumored that they have disappeared. 

Parambir Singh was not present in the court. He also did not respond to summons. This led to a demand from the Crime Branch to declare Parambir Singh a fugitive. He has been accepted by the court.
