CM YS jagan Mohan reddy has said that he has brought the slogan of three capitals with comprehensive development. He said that if Visakhapatnam is declared as the administrative capital, he will go to court. Those who lost power were told not to do so. Botsa questioned that they were prevented from constructing a single building in Visakhapatnam. Uttaranchal development was stifled during the tdp regime.
