Both Shots of Vaccine given on a Single day for an Old lady!
Doctors are monitoring the condition of an old woman who was mistakenly injected with corona twice in one day near Vedaranyam in Nagapattinam district for the 3rd day. Alamelu, a 70-year-old woman, received the first dosage of the corona vaccine on the 16th at Sarapojirajapuram panchayat Union Primary school near Vedaranyam in Nagapattinam District.
Later, when she was sitting under a tree, as she was feeling dizzy after the first shot, the people standing around there asked her to stand in line, assuming that the old woman had not been vaccinated. As her name was not updated in the system, she got her second dosage on the same day and she got vaccinated back by the nurses.
An elderly woman who was vaccinated twice in the same day created a huge stir among the commoners. As per reports, the old lady was admitted to the Vedaranyam government Hospital for treatment and doctors are monitoring her health condition. The old woman has now fully recovered from this, and she has been under the care of doctors for 3 days in the hospital. The doctors advised her not to stain and asked her to visit the hospital after 10 days if she feels any after-effects or side effects due to the vaccine.
