Andhra Pradesh assembly is witnessing special war on special status to the state following bifurcation of the state. Entire opposition is targeting TDP-BJP combine which is ruling the state and centre. Leader of the opposition Jagan Mohan Reddy launched a scathing attack on CM Chandra Babu Naidu and warned of going on fast unto death if no notification comes on special status with in 15 days.

While opposition leaders demanded special status to the state in the assembly, CM Chandra Babu turned tables on them by demanding special status and package for the state. He said he met PM Modi 7 times and flew to Delhi 17 times in 15 months and on all occassions demanded only special status without compromising as alleged by Jagan Mohan Reddy.
He asked people not to commit suicides losing hope on special status and asked them to be patient. During Chandra Babu's speech, YSRCP remained silent after making ruckus in the assembly.
