KCR to Destroy Nizam’s Iconic Building

Rulers of United AP have destroyed Hyderabadi culture, traditions andlegacy while we would be ensuring that Hyderabad retains its glory.These were the general tenor of those series of statements that weremade by TS CM K Chandrasekhar Rao as part of the statehood movementand also now when he is the CM.


KCR had vowed to demolish Ravindra Bharathi


Prof Kanche Ilaiah, from TS currently in Delhi University have already stated that no CM’s from United AP are tried to harm Hyderabad’s legacy as much as KCR. Already KCR had vowed to demolish Ravindra Bharathi and he is after Chest hospital in Erragadda so that he canbuild a new secretariat.


KCR plans to demolish more than century old


Now the latest news is that KCR has drawn plans to demolish more than century old Osmania General Hospital located near Charminar, Hyderabad. He has already made his intentions clear that he plans to build a 24 floor super speciality government hospital as part ofefforts to ramp up health care sector.


KCR demolishing iconic building belonging to Nizam era


This building is a heritage building and cannot be easily demolished. Hence, sources say that health department has reportedly issued a go which exempts OGH from Heritage tag, making it easier for demolishing this iconic building belonging to Nizam era. Given his favorite dynasty rule of Nizam, one can only wonder what KCR is upto these days.
