AAP candidate against KTR!
Aam Aadmi Party announced its first list of Lok Sabha candidates in first week. AAP targeted all corrupted politicians in both BJP and Congress in 2014 general elections including Congress Vice-President Rajiv Gandhi. All AAP candidates are journo and social activists. Former Journalist Ashutosh from Chandini Chowk will data-face against Kapil Sibal. Social reformer Medha Patkar will contest from Mumbai NE where as Anjali Damania (non-local) is the candidate from AAP against Nitisn Gadkari in Nagpur.
AAP had announced its first list soon after falling off its government in Delhi. Now party has concentrated on Lok Sabha elections. Reportedly, AAP will also concentrate on AP General Elections. Party has planned to field it’s candidates in 3 Assembly segments in Karimnagar district. Party has good command over youth and urban voters in the country. All of them who won in Delhi are young people. AAP believes youth in state interested to contest.
Reportedly, three assembly segments in the district AAP will field it’s candidates from Ramagundam, Sirisilla and Karimnagar. AAP will look into Sirisilla with very special attention. KTR is the current MLA from Sirisilla. Cotton weavers and their issues are more in the segment. AAP will in search for the people who knows the issues in real for the selection. AAP wants the person who has strong Telangan and knowing weavers issues. Party is already screen two names in the list.
