10 Enradhukulla (10 Endrathukulla) Movie Review, Rating
Vikram is the best driver and Samantha is the worst driver. Vikram does job of delivering packages for money. (Yeah, Just like Hollywood movie Transporter) Samantha lives aloof in Women's Hostel. During one stage, Vikram gets a deal of delivering Samantha to Rahul Dev who is in Uttarakhand. The long journey makes the duo fall in love with each other. Vikram then discovers why Samantha is chased by everyone and how he solves the problem forms the rest of the story.
Vikram is back and he is seen with full energy in this movie. Right from the start he carries the movie. Samantha initially tries to mimic Genelia D'Souza and fails miserably, but towards the climax she becomes the sole performer. She completely steals the show as it enters climax. Pasupathi who has been a notable performer doesn't have much space to show his versatility. There are dozens of villains, and most villains doesn't have any motive at all other than standing in attention. Munishkanth appears hardly for three scenes.
Vijay Milton proves his versatility as cinematographer but has failed as a director. A slow and sluggish screenplay with irregular narration was a big let down. The movie should have been made either as an entertaining factor or as a romantic one. The double-meaning comedies doesn't make any one laugh. They are just pure profanity. Imman's music is another big let down. Songs are not impressive and we all know that background score was done by some one else. During action scenes, the BGM plays a huge part. And that's the place where the movie has failed. Editing could have been crisp. Sreekar Prasad should have worked a lot more on cuts.
The movie is a rehash of lots of Hollywood movies and most scenes never give you the 'WoW' factor. Samantha's glamour is a big asset to the movie. But her voice modulation really sucks. Seems she has given her own voice for the movie. That has to be appreciated. The remaining cast all deliver their best over-the-top performances.
