On february 14, 2019, 40 brave CRPF soldiers were martyred in a terrorist attack in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir.
Today marks the seventh anniversary, remembered every year as a Black Day in India.

He wrote, “Today marks seven years since the Pulwama attack. We remember and salute the 40 CRPF soldiers who lost their lives in the 2019 terrorist attack.”
Details of the Pulwama Attack:
The attack was carried out by a Jaish-e-Mohammed suicide bomber, who rammed a vehicle packed with explosives into a CRPF convoy traveling from Jammu to Srinagar.
Forty soldiers were killed, and many others were injured.
This shocking incident led to strong retaliatory measures by India, including the Balakot airstrike.
