She first married director Prathap Pothineni in 1985, but the marriage ended in 1986. She then married Ryan Hardy, a british national, in 1990. This marriage data-faced difficulties, including reports of harassment, leading to their separation and Radhika's return to India.
In 2001, radhika married actor R. Sarathkumar, and their relationship has been stable and enduring. Beyond her personal life, radhika made her mark in indian cinema with performances in various films across South indian languages. Her foray into politics saw her join the AIADMK party before the 2006 assembly Elections, though she was later dismissed for alleged anti-party activities.
