A few weeks ago, 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' fame Mohsin Khan talked about having a mild heart attack in 2023 due to a fatty liver during an interview. He also said that he was admitted to the hospital to see if he was healthy or not. Mohsin later clarified that he had this problem due to excessive gas formation, it was not a heart attack.
It was a grammatical mistake made in innocence.
Speaking with ETimes, he said, 'It was a grammatical mistake made in innocence, which led to confusion for everyone. I wanted to say, 'I thought I had a mild heart attack', but during the conversation, I said, 'I think I have a mild heart attack'. Mohsin said that in december last year, he suffered a gastritis attack, which can cause stomach and chest pain similar to a heart attack.
Didn't want to create more confusion
Mohsin Khan said that he took time to admit his grammatical mistake as he did not want any more confusion to arise. He said, 'Unfortunately, the conversation about health went viral, which lasted only two minutes in an hour-long video and the discussion of 'heart attack' spread all over the net. So, I thought I should wait for a few days and let the hype subside as I did not want any more confusion.

Mohsin said that his family and relatives were aware of his health. However, it is also his responsibility to give the right information to his fans as well. Mohsin said, 'I have received a lot of love and support in the last few days, I am overwhelmed and grateful'.
