Namrata Shirodkar: Fake account created of Mahesh Babu-Namrata's daughter Sitara, actress shared post warning
Superstar mahesh babu and his wife and actress namrata shirodkar have warned their fans and followers about their daughter Sitara's fake social media account. Today on Saturday, february 10, namrata shared an official statement on her Instagram. He said that officials are investigating cybercrime and the person who created the fake account of Sitara will be caught.
Namrata Shirodkar also informed in her post that the unknown user is posing as a star and sharing links of trading and investment with other users. She also tagged her daughter's official account in the caption of her post and told fans that this is the only account of her daughter on Instagram. Mahesh Babu's wife and actress namrata also requested her followers not to trust any account other than her official account.
The actress said, 'Madhapur police has issued a warning regarding an incident of cybercrime about Team GMB. This includes the fake account of Sitara Ghattamaneni on Instagram. An unknown user is fraudulently posing as them. Also sending business and investment links to unsuspecting users. Officials are urging the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
The post further said, 'Efforts are ongoing to locate and arrest the persons responsible to prevent future incidents. The public is advised to check the authenticity of celebrity accounts before taking any financial advice online.
According to media reports, a social media user noticed this fake account of Mahesh Babu's daughter Sitare, and informed the cybercrime authorities about it. Immediately after this, the police started investigating the matter.
