Mahesh Babu's sankranti movie, "Guntur Kaaram," was released on Sankranthi eve and received mixed reviews, although it is praised for the hero's distinct lingo and complex characterization. In an interview the other day, mahesh babu detailed the efforts and personal connections that contributed to the outstanding results.
Mahesh Babu stated, "For the lingo and character, all credit goes to filmmaker trivikram garu. From the start, we aimed for guntur slang. people are unaware that as a youngster, I used to communicate with my mother and grandma in the same lingo. It helped me a lot throughout shooting, and we slightly adjusted it in the movie. That's why the output in the film doesn't appear like I'm attempting to use slang; it flowed effortlessly."
Mahesh Babu, known for his severe self-evaluation, admitted, "I am a very big critic of myself." I scrutinized my performance meticulously, yet this persona and language impressed me as I watched myself on film. And that only happens in trivikram films; perhaps he incorporates my unique personality into the roles."
Mahesh Babu attributed his earlier film, "Khaleja," as the inspiration for his ability to imitate people. He emphasised that such complex characterizations would not occur with any other filmmaker than Trivikram. mahesh babu remarked, "Director trivikram and I had magic from the start; it happens with him all the time, and the audience was impressed. I'm glad they appreciated and loved the movie. At the end of the day, it is what counts."
