Divya Bahuja was seen standing at the hotel reception and talking 20 hours after her body was dragged into the hotel corridor by two men. After that his body was reportedly taken away in a bmw belonging to Abhijat but his body has not been recovered till date.
Bahuja, 27, was jailed for seven years in 2016 for her alleged involvement in a fake encounter with her then-boyfriend and Gurugram gangster sandeep Gadoli. It is noteworthy that he was granted bail in june last year. It was in this context that he was killed.
Why this murder?
Sources said Bahuja had some pornographic videos of Singh on his phone, which he had been instructed to delete. But he reportedly refused. He also allegedly threatened the hotel owner with the photographs, which led Singh and his aides to shoot him. But Bahuja's family has vehemently denied the allegation.
Singh and his alleged accomplices Omprakash and Hemraj have been arrested. police are looking for two or three of Singh's accomplices who were allegedly paid Rs 10 lakh to dispose of Bahuja's body.
