Back Story of ‘Machine Gun’ in Animal

'Animal' has surpassed the Rs. 100 crore mark, placing it among the top ten highest-grossing films in India. The film has been a huge hit, grossing more than Rs 800 crore globally. One of the most famous sequences in the film is Ranbir wielding a machine gun,' which has captured the attention of the audience. The machine gun has sparked debate as to whether it is real or the result of visual effects (VFX). However, the manufacturing company has stated that it is a genuine machine gun.
Suresh Selvarajan, the machine gun's production designer, revealed that it was made of steel and took five months to complete. The production process employed around a hundred workers and used 500 kg of steel.
Suresh revealed that while they were designing the pistol, they had no idea that the sequence using it would have such an impact on the audience. The machine gun's design was inspired by the concepts of the film's director, Sandeep.
The machine gun was rigorously created by the production crew, providing an original design. The focus and attention to detail in the creation of the machine gun contributed to the realism and intensity of the action in the film.
