Ramjogayya Sastry, the song's lyric writer, boasted a lot about this song before its debut, therefore several fans blamed him for both Thaman's unremarkable music and Ramjo's words.
Some fans thought that the lines written for the 'Oh My Baby' song were merely mediocre since they wanted the lyric writer's fantastic previous work, such as 'Sadasiva sanyasi' from Khaleja, to be represented in this song as well.
