Hegde spoke with The Free press Journal about her diet and exercise routine. She claims that her motivation to work out frequently never wanes. "I exercise and am genetically fortunate. I'm a huge foodie, so I'd rather work out and eat. To be honest with you, I exercise in order to have unlimited food. I practise Pilates and bodyweight callisthenics. I enjoy keeping myself in the spotlight. Gym equipment is uninteresting to me."
Hegde tells The Free press Journal that she doesn't believe in dieting or cutting things out. She says that her best advice is to, "Eat small meals every two hours. I do not believe in crash diets. I feel one shouldn't do something that you can't do for the rest of your life. In my opinion, carbs are very important because they make you glow."
