Expressing grief over the demise of former cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi, his son-daughter-in-law angad bedi, and neha dhupia have written an emotional note.
Former captain of the indian cricket team and famous spinner Bishan Singh Bedi passed away yesterday i.e. on 23 october 2023. He was 77 years old. Shahrukh Khan, salman khan, karan johar, Vicky Kaushal, and many other celebrities condoled his demise. Now Bishan Singh Bedi's son angad bedi and his daughter-in-law neha dhupia have shared an emotional note on instagram remembering him.

On october 24, 2023, angad bedi shared a photo of his late father Bishan Singh Bedi on his instagram account. Angad and Neha shared an official note, writing, “This happened like dad's fastest spin ball, which we didn't even see coming, which we never saw coming. We are shocked and overcome with grief, but we take solace in knowing that he lived a rich, fearless, and fulfilling life, which inspired many.
He further said that he has been deeply touched by every message of love he has received. He writes, “Thank you to everyone for celebrating her patience, humor and big heart. It is heartening to see how Dad inspired so many generations with his life. Every day of his life was spent in dedication to his family and faith and the service of his Waheguru.
Neha Dhupia and Angad further write in the note, “He epitomized living a fearless life. We take solace in knowing that he is now with his beloved. father, we are blessed to have you as our fearless leader. We will try to live up to your ideal of 'observing and absorbing'. He started his cricket career in 1967 and remained active till 1979. He has played 67 test matches in his cricket journey. Apart from this, Bishan Singh Bedi was also a 'Padma Shri' winner, who played India's first ODL against east Africa in 1975
