Mammootty completed shooting his portions for highly anticipated film 'Bramayugam'


Superstar mammootty has wrapped up his portions for the highly anticipated film 'Bramayugam.' The legendary actor wrapped up his portions for the film on saturday (Sep 16). The makers confirmed the same via a social media post. rahul Sadasivan, the director of ‘Bramayugam’ confirmed that mammootty has completed his portions for the film. “It’s a wrap for Mammookka in ‘Bramayugam’!” the director said, in his instagram post, and also dropped a picture taken with Mammootty.

Bramayugam’ went on floors on august 17, and the team has been shooting ever since then. Now that mammootty has wrapped up his portions, it is expected that the team will wrap up the entire shoot in a few days.

‘Bramayugam’ is indeed the much-awaited film of mammootty, as it is helmed by rahul Sadasivan, who had previously delivered ‘Bhoothakaalam’, a one-of-a-kind film. ‘Bhoothakaalam’ featured Revathy and Shane Nigam in the lead roles, and the horror film stood out for its story telling and execution.
Mammootty signing up for a horror fantasy thriller to add to the hype of the film. According to the makers ‘Bramayugam’ is “a rooted story set in the dark ages of Kerala.” The tagline of the film reads, ‘the age of madness’.

Sidharth Bharathan, who is part of the cast, recently penned a heartfelt note about his experience working with Mammootty. The note shared on data-facebook said, “Sharing screen space with Mammookka in #Bramayugam was both an honor and a challenge. It was daunting to act alongside someone of his caliber, but surprisingly, he made it effortless.
