A mere 28 second teaser showed a glimpse of how india finally fought the Kovid 19 epidemic. Sharing the teaser on her social media handle, Agnihotri wrote- Date announcement, dear friends, your film #TheVaccineWar #ATrueStory will release worldwide on 28 september 2023. Keep your blessings. A glimpse of Nana Patekal with pallavi joshi is also seen in the teaser. anupam kher will also be seen playing a special role in the film. Let us tell you that on the same day this film is released, South Superstar Prabhas' action entertainer Salaar is also releasing in theaters.

The first option received 82.7% votes, so the filmmaker has decided to release the film on 28 September.
