Neeru Randhawa recently approached the high court and recalled the 2018 order issued by the court. In this order, the court dismissed Neeru's FIR against armaan kohli, after which armaan kohli was released from Arthur Road Jail.




On 3 june 2018, armaan kohli pushed Neeru Randhawa down the flight stairs. Randhawa also claimed that Armaan had hit her head on the floor, causing severe injuries and requiring 15 stitches. The police registered an FIR against armaan kohli following Neeru's complaint and arrested him. also did However, the case was soon settled, under which armaan kohli had to pay Rs 50 lakh to Neeru Randhawa.


Neeru Randhawa was to get 50 lakh rupees


As part of the settlement, Neeru Randhawa was to get Rs 50 lakh more after the action was completed. For this, Armaan Kohli's lawyer had also given two other checks of Rs 50 lakh, which were signed by Armaan's brother. But these checks bounced and Neeru had to knock on the door of the court again.


Armaan Kohli's case was heard on Tuesday


During the court hearing on Tuesday, Neeru's lawyer said that a notice was also sent to Kohli's lawyer that the check was fraudulent and he had no intention of honoring the cheque. Kohli's co-star Syed, on the other hand, said that the actor's parents, who have crossed the age of 90, need him. An affidavit was also filed by Kohli's friend confirming this. However, the court asked Syed to make his decision by July 18 and inform the court about it.
