Price Hike Next to Hanuman’s Seat in Theaters?
Adipurush, starring Prabhas, is slated for release on june 16. Hanuman also needs to be there in the scene where ram, or Raghav as Sita refers to him, appears and Sita is present. As a result, the producers stated that they would reserve a seat for Lord Hanuman at every Adipurush theatre showing. This is because it is widely believed that Hanuman will always be there whenever something relating to Shri ram occurs.
However, this has given rise to the rumour that the producers have chosen to sell the seat next to Hanuman for a high price because not everyone is able to do so. Thankfully, the rumour only spread to a very small number of people and died out naturally. The price of all tickets will be equal, T Series has surprise stated in a statement, adding that they "will not be hiking the price" and that the rumour is untrue.
However, one cannot help but notice that the production team is attempting to capitalise on a little-known rumour to promote the movie ahead of Adipurush's release. Although it would be best to ignore the rumour, the producers have done all possible to take advantage of the situation and promote their movie!
