Writer Confirms Pawan Kalyan’s Film Is A Remake
When "Ustaad Bhagat Singh," Pawan Kalyan's latest movie alongside Harish Shankar, was first revealed, fans immediately thought it was another remake. Director Dasarath, who has worked on movies like Mr. Perfect and Sanotsham, has finally acknowledged that he is in fact penning Pawan Kalyan's telugu adaptation of "Theri." He was involved in the writing of this project and is boldly stating that Powerstar will fit the remake pretty nicely. He does, however, clarify that the script has undergone numerous revisions rather than being taken directly from the original. The issue is that Theri had had a limited telugu release under the name "Policeodu," and the majority of the audience had already watched it on OTT sites.
