Actor Vijay today met the district in-charges and volunteers of the Vijay People's Movement at the movement's head office on east Coast Road, Panaiyur. Due to this, volunteers of Vijay People's Movement and his fans have gathered from various districts including Chennai, Kanchipuram, and Chengalpattu. Actor Vijay left for Panaiyur in a black Innova car from his Neelangarai residence in the afternoon to attend the meeting. Fans waiting at the gate of his residence followed his car from Neelangarai to Panaiyur. Then when they came near Panaiyur, two people on a two-wheeler chased away Vijay's vehicle and stumbled and fell down.
