Suriya bags the National Award for Best Actor..!
Suriya has been announced with the National Award for Best Actor for his outstanding performance in Soorarai Pottru. As the 68th National Awards have been announced, actor surya has been announced for the National Award for Best Actor for Soorarai Pottru.


The 68th National Film Awards announcement ceremony is taking place in Delhi. Awards have been announced for the films released in the year 2020. A total of 295 films were submitted for this award from all over India. The jury members watched 66 feature films and over 140 documentaries.

The best films will be selected from it and awarded. Accordingly, the 10 jury members met Information and Broadcasting minister Anurag Tagore this morning and presented the list of National Award winners.

This film was released in 2020 in OTT directed by sudha Kongara. This is the first time that actor Suriya has won a National Award.
