Death Threats to Anushka Shetty Brother
In response to murder threats made against multilingual actress anushka Shetty's brother Gunaranjan Shetty, a petition has been filed with the karnataka home minister, requesting security and judicial action. On Sunday, members of Gunaranjan Shetty's Jayakarnataka Janapara Vedike filed a petition with home minister Araga Jnanendra, requesting protection and legal action.
Friends-turned-enemies Manvit Rai and Rakesh Malli, according to the members, have issued death threats. Gunaranjan Shetty, Manvit Rai, and Rakesh Malli all worked for Muttappa Rai, a reformed don who died in a car accident. Manvit Rai, a relative of Muttappa Rai, and Rakesh Malli are rumoured to be preparing the assassination of Gunaranjan Shetty. Members who signed the petition to the home minister demand that the accused be arrested.
