For 'Ante Sundaraniki,' Nazriya, a great malayalam actress who also happens to be the wife of prominent actor Fahad Fazil, teamed up with Nani. The film unit had overhyped her, and the audience suspected there was a compelling rationale for casting her as the female lead. However, the audience's bells did not ring after watching the video. Many people were perplexed as to why she was so popular prior to her debut. Her personality was not particularly memorable.
