Popular director and singer gangai amaran has said that he is annoyed with Vijay's relationship with his parents. Popular singer and venkat Prabhu's father gangai amaran have said that he is disappointed with Thalapathy Vijay's fight with his parents.
Speaking on the stage of the Mugamariyaan film music release, gangai amaran said that he was saddened that Vijay is leaving his mother and father and living separately. Vijay's fight with their parents makes him annoyed. gangai amaran used to read all of Vijay's father Chandrasekhar's plays. When Vijay was born his mother was singing in his group.
Speaking on the stage of the Mugamariyaan film music release, gangai amaran said that he was saddened that Vijay spoke like he was leaving his mother and father. His mother used to bring Vijay during her singing career. Both of them took so much care of Vijay. Talking about Vijay's career, his recent song 'Arabic Kuthu' was released 15 days back and the song surpassed 16 million viewers in just 10 hours of its release, setting a record for the most lyrical videos in a single day.

It has crossed more than 110 million views to date. Many reels and dances are posted by Vijay's fans on Social media.
