Cillian Murphy appears in black and white in the first Oppenheimer cinematic picture for christopher Nolan's next feature. After delivering big blockbusters like the Dark Knight trilogy and Inception, Nolan has become one of the greatest renowned directors in the globe. After returning to action shooting for Tenet, the filmmaker's next venture is more akin to dunkirk in that movie is based on the real story of the atomic bomb's development.
In comparison to other forthcoming films, Nolan's Oppenheimer film has recruited one of the most fascinating casts in Hollywood. Cillian Murphy plays J. Robert Oppenheimer, the inventor of the atomic bomb during World war II, in the film, which marks the actor's and director's latest collaboration. Emily Blunt, Matt Demon, Robert Downey Junior., Florence Paugh, Rami Maalek, Dane De Han, Alden Ehrenraich, and others star in Oppenheimer. The lineup of talent in front of and behind the cameras has sparked renewed interest in Nolan's upcoming film, which is set to hit theatres in 2023.
The first picture of Oppenheimer has already been revealed. To honour the start of filming on Nolan's upcoming film, Universal Pictures posted a black-and-white image of Murphy as J. Robert Oppenheimer. The image represents the first time IMAX lenses have been used to shoot black-and-white footage. Oppenheimer is described by Universal as a "epic thriller that pushes viewers into the pulse-pounding dilemma of the mysterious man who must endanger destroying the world in order to rescue it," in addition to the picture.
