However, having merely lip locks will not work, and if directors do not realise this, they will only bite dust. The trend of Lip Kissing started in tollywood and it continues even now in several movies.
If the ongoing talk in telugu circles is any indication, films with lip-locks aren't doing so well in theatres. When Anupama Parameswaran's lip-lock with a newbie hero drew all the limelight, "Rowdy Boys" was a huge disappointment. Similarly, Mahesh's nephew ashok galla was seen kissing Nidhie Aggarwal in the film "Hero," however the film was also a flop. Producers of the films, on the other hand, assert that they are super-hits.
