In Tamil, vikram Vedha was a great smash. The vikramarkudu performer was really interested in playing Vedha, which was originally played by Sethupathi. The filmmakers then attempted to cast other A-list actors in Vikram's role. Unfortunately, none of the performers were interested in playing that role, nor were they interested in playing Vedha's. The producers had put the project on hold because there was no purpose in making the movie if no A-list actor was offered the role of Vikram.
Sashikanth, the creator of the predecessor, had long retained the remake rights to the telugu version. Later, he began replicating it in bollywood, starring hrithik roshan and Saif ali Khan. The movie is currently being remade in bollywood with major talents, therefore prospects of it being remade in telugu are slim. Sudheer, on the other hand, who previously missed out on the chance to collaborate with ravi Teja, now has the possibility with his upcoming movie Ravanasura.
