Parasite' director negotiating with Robert Pattinson!!!
The announcement of the director's next film, 'Parasite' has been made. Many moviegoers were surprised when the South Korean film 'Parasite' won four Oscars in 2020 for Best Picture, Best international Film, Best Screenplay, and Best Director.
The film became the first foreign-language film to win the Best Picture award in 92 years of oscar history. Pong-jun-ho, the film's director, had not directed a film in the previous two years.
Pong-jun-ho is currently working on a film for the soon-to-be-released novel 'Mickey 7' by Edward Ashton. According to reports, Pong-Jun-ho has adapted his style to the screenplay despite adapting the 'Mickey 7' novel.
According to st Martin Press, Ashton's novel, which will be released in February, is about an expendable employee of a company sent to colonise the ice world of Niflheim. When he arrives, he tries to prevent his replacement clone, dubbed Mickey 8, from taking his place.
In addition, Bong is collaborating with WarnerMedia on an HBO limited series based on Parasite. Parasite went on to become the highest-grossing South Korean film of all time, as well as the first non-English language film to win Best Picture at the Academy Awards.
