TIFF has been one of the most prestigious international film festivals to celebrate global movies over the years. However this time it won’t be like earlier due to the ongoing pandemic situation. It has also been revealed that indian stars like priyanka chopra & anurag kashyap have been named as the brand ambassadors of the 2020 film festival.
Reportedly the press release of the upcoming film festival has revealed that the 45th edition of TIFF will take place from september 10-19, and will be “tailored to fit the moment”, with physical screenings and drive-ins, wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW">digital screenings, virtual red carpets, press conferences, and industry talks.It is announced that the film festival will have 50 films screening during its first five days in physical theaters. Proper social distancing will be maintained during screenings and it will be ensured that festival venues and workplaces practice, meet, and exceed public health guidelines.

In countless video calls over the past three months we have rebuilt our festival for 2020 drawing on our five decades of commitment to strong curation, support for filmmakers and engagement with audiences.
