Though the film was a commercial disaster, Aditi was lauded for her act as Doctor Leela, a girl deeply in love with her man, and stuck between her love and her self-respect. Now, the actress is all set to make her Telugu debut, with Sammohanam, directed by Indraganti Mohanakrishna, and costarring Sudheer Babu,
The surprising fact is that Aditi actually belongs to a royal family from Hyderabad, and expressed her happiness, saying that, she belonged to Hyderabad where she did her schooling and added that acting in a Telugu film gives her a sense of fulfillment and its a coming home of sorts. Aditi is the granddaughter of Raja Ramshwar Rao who had administered the Warnapathy dynasty. Aditi will also be seen in Maniratnam's next, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam.
