The pretty Rakul Preet Singh, last seen in SPYder, was visibly upset at the result of the movie, as the film not just data-faced a commercial loss of around 70 crores, but also earned Rakul huge criticism for her poorly written role and performance in the AR Murugadoss Directorial.
However, the gorgeous Rakul has struck back, as her recent release Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru/ Khakee, costarring Karthi is doing great business in both Tamil and Telugu versions with unanimously positive, the overwhelming response from both audience and critics. With Theeran, her wish of a hit in Tamil too has been answered, which she missed a month ago with spyder.
Rakul Preet Singh, who played Karthi's wife in Theeran will next be seen in the Bollywood flick Aiyaary, directed by Neeraj Pandey and costarring Siddharth Malhotra and Manoj Bajpayee. Besides, she also has another Tamil flick with none other than her lucky hero Karthi, which will be a romantic entertainer directed by debutant Rajath Ravishankar.
