Recently, the Central bank of bangladesh issued new notes of 20, 50 and 1000 taka on Sunday, from which the picture of Sheikh Hasina's father and founder and former President of bangladesh Sheikh Mujibur rahman has been removed. Regarding this, Central bank spokesperson Arif Hussain Khan has said in his statement that the new design will not have the picture of any person, but the traditional places of the country have been given place on it.

Arif Hussain Khan says that pictures of Hindu and Buddhist temples will be printed on the new notes.
