In this case, if a passenger feels cold during the train journey, he can ask the attendant for an extra blanket, Railway Ministry DG yogesh Bhaveja has issued a statement. And you don't have to pay anything extra for this. Instead, if the train attendant has an extra blanket he will definitely give it to you.

But if the helper refuses to give you the blanket, you can directly call 138 and complain. You can also report your complaint by sending an SMS to 91-9717680982 from your mobile. Passengers can also register their complaints by tweeting "@RailMinIndia". Meanwhile, you can use this blanket provided by the railway during the journey. But if you take this home after the trip, you may be prosecuted.
