At present, there are about 5500 prisoners in ghaziabad Jail. “Out of 5500 inmates, 140 are hiv positive. 35 of them also had TB. Since 2016, an average of 120 to 150 HIV-positive prisoners have been living in the jail, Singh said. But did they get aids through sex? Did they commit adultery?
