Sudden onset of illness in the Zoo..!?

Arignar Anna Zoo is located in Vandalur next to tambaram in Chengalpattu district. There are more than two thousand animals and birds here. The park is home to a large number of animals including white tigers, bengal tigers, lions, leopards, elephants, apes, rhinos, seals, and crocodiles. Staffs are constantly monitoring the activities of the animals 24 hours a day with the help of surveillance cameras.
Even if the animal has a slight infection problem, the medical team is immediately on standby. Doctors are examining the animals and treating them accordingly. They also record the health of the animals on a daily basis.
Two weeks ago, a 13-year-old female white tiger was found to be physically exhausted and was immediately examined by doctors. Ataxia was diagnosed by doctors and doctors immediately continued to provide medical assistance to the tiger. According to doctors, ataxia is a disorder of the nervous system caused by the sudden onset of weak muscle coordination in animals. They also said that animals that have been systematically infected due to the disease will not be able to walk and will be forced into an environment where they have to walk with their legs spread.
According to the park administration, the tiger has been suffering from the disease for the past two months. Despite immediate medical attention, the disease did not go away. The white tiger continued to suffer from an inability to walk and for the past two days, the white tiger was found to be tired of not taking any food.
There has been no improvement in the body of the white tiger as doctors provide various medical aids. As a result, the white tiger died in the cage at around 9 am yesterday. Following this, he said that an autopsy is to be conducted on the white tiger under the leadership of tamil Nadu veterinarians. It is noteworthy that one of the leopards was trapped in the cage earlier and died a few weeks ago.
