1. Muscles: If your eyes twitch frequently, then there may be some problem with your eye muscles. If the eyes are twitching a lot, then do get your eyes checked once.

2. Stress: If you are very stressed about something and constantly think about it, then it may be that because of this your eyes are twitching. Due to stress, it often happens that your sleep gets disturbed again and again.

3. Lack of sleep: Someday, if you have not slept properly throughout the night or have read a book or watched a movie after staying awake for a long time, then because of this also your eyes can twitch. 

4. Dryness: Dryness in the eyes is also one of the reasons why your eyes can twitch constantly. This problem can also occur due to allergies or excessive watery eyes.
