There are 8 types of vitamin-B, whose group is called B-complex.



To keep the body healthy, it is necessary that there is no deficiency of any vitamin B inside us. Actually there are many types of B vitamins.



They help in protecting our bodies from many dangerous diseases. Also, their deficiency can cause different physical symptoms. 



According to the NHS (National health Service), there are eight different forms of vitamin B, which are classified as B-complex vitamins. vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6, vitamin B7 (biotin), vitamin B9 (folate or folic acid), and vitamin B12 are all examples of these vitamins.

According to Healthline, there is a higher risk of deficiency of certain types of B vitamins in the body. like-



The deficiency of vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 in the body affects the nervous system, skin, eyes, etc. This can weaken these organs and cause cuts or blisters in the mouth.



Include whole grains, fish, nuts and seeds, eggs, green vegetables like broccoli and spinach, low-fat milk, and other foods in your diet to prevent vitamin B1 and B2 deficiency.


On the other hand, vitamin B3 can cause problems like vomiting, fatigue, confusion, constipation, diarrhea, the red color of the tongue, rough skin, poor digestion, nausea, abdominal cramps, etc.



To avoid this, you can consume food of peanut sauce, meat, fish, etc.



Fatigue, irritability, rapid heartbeat or anxiousness, dyspnea, megaloblastic anaemia, changes in skin-hair nails, and other symptoms are all signs of vitamin B9 (folate) deficiency.



For this, you can include green leafy vegetables like mustard and spinach, oranges, peanuts, kidney beans, peas, etc. in your food.



Deficiency of vitamin B6 can cause you to data-face things like depression, confusion, nausea, anemia, frequent infections, skin rashes or dermatitis, etc.



For this, you can resort to things like potatoes and starchy vegetables, citrus and other fruits, fish, etc.



Apart from this, lack of vitamin B12 in the body can also cause symptoms like fatigue, weakness, constipation, loss of appetite, sudden weight loss, numbness in hands and feet, weak memory, swelling of mouth and tongue, etc.



To avoid them, eat things like eggs, plant milk, milk, cheese, fish, chicken, etc.
