A keynote address issued by the Union Ministry of health at the meeting pointed out that the ventilators provided by the Union government to the states were still unpacked and unused in some hospitals. Therefore ventilators should be installed in all hospitals to ensure that they are in working condition. oxygen plants must also ensure that oxygen concentrators are in operation. Experiments should be increased. The focus should be on monitoring to identify victims as quickly as possible so that they can be isolated and treated. Ensure RTPCR testing in all districts and samples should be sent to laboratories for genetic sequencing once the corona is confirmed.

The meeting was advised that the hospital structures should be in a state of readiness to meet it in case the vulnerability increases.
