Diet and Mental Health are always a complex pair
Diet and Mental health are always a complex pair. But our diet can affect our brain sometimes. Some diet with a lot of vegetables, fresh herbs, cereal, and grains can reduce depression symptoms. There are many psychological benefits of eating food and sharing it with other people. They give us a sense of systematic regularity in our lives, a chance to revise on the day and to socialize with others. Biologically, eating in an upright position helps in digesting food. Sharing our thoughts and conversing also slows us down from eating faster. Trying to eat with family and friends together, can reduce our daily stress.
