Screaming students...Teachers in Panic..!?

In the last few months in tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, incidents of student violence have created great shock and waves among the public. teachers have been demanding job security. To this end, coordinators have been appointed for the schools. But psychiatrists say this is not a permanent solution. In particular, the school education department must come forward to implement a scientific solution to fill this gap in the teacher-student relationship. It is the duty of teachers to complete the curriculum and to engage in extracurricular activities that the Department of education provides.
Teachers need advice on how to guide students psychologically. Similarly, it is the opinion of many that it is imperative for students to have the opportunity to learn about moral biology, through moral classes, through jurisprudence.
Psychiatrist Srinivasan said that there is no emphasis on mental health in the curriculum. Psychological counseling is needed by teachers as well as students. At certain intervals, it is the responsibility of the Department of education to provide this. Strictly speaking, the formation of a healthy generation, more or less, is questionable. In the absence of ethics classes, children are not even ready to realize that what they are doing is wrong. Without improving physical and mental health, education alone will not work.
Lack of psychological counseling is one of the reasons for the increase in incidents of violence. To strengthen the teacher-student relationship, the education sector needs to make some creative changes. Here is the list of incidents of violence in government schools in tamil Nadu in the last two months alone!
Incident 1: In Rasipuram, Namakkal district, a video was released of a blind teacher where students are making fun of him and dancing while conducting a lesson.
Incident 2: A teacher at a government high school in Tokaimalai, Karur district, was intimidated by a group of people who came in cinematic style and intimidated him.
