Officials punished after couple violates 'One-Child Policy'??

A surprising case has come to light from China. A total of 11 officers and personnel of a local family planning station in South China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were punished after an inquiry found a pair who had given birth to 15 children.

According to the news of 'South china Morning Post, a 76-year-old man named Liang and his 46-year-old wife are the parents of 15 children in Guangxi Zhuang area of China. From 1995 to 2016, the woman gave birth to 11 girls and 4 boys. Whereas in china, the policy of having two children by the year 2021 was in force.

The amazing thing is that the couple did not even let the officials know about these children. Not only this, but the couple was also taking the subsidy given to the family of two children and the poor.

The Chinese government implemented the 'One-Child Policy' in the year 1979 to stop the country's ever-increasing population. In the year 2015, it was changed to 'two-child policy'. After this, on July 21, 2021, the government here also abolished this policy. Along with this, the provision of punishment under it was also rejected.
