Telugu Actors Sidelining their Film Makers?
In most audio launches or pre-release ceremonies, actors lavish praise on their director. However, we are seeing a little shift in the pattern these days. Our tollywood heroes have started applauding producers instead of directors. ravi teja didn't say much about filmmaker Ramesh Verma Penmatsa during the pre-release event for Khilaadi recently, instead emphasising that he only signed the movie due of producer Konneru Sathyanarayana.
Sharwanand, the hero, did something similar only a few days prior. Sharwa stated during the pre-release event for his next film Adaavallu Meekku Joharlu that the only reason he made the film was because of its producer. He also didn't say anything about kishore Thirumala, the director. At the box office, Khilaadi was a flop. After the film's release, ravi teja showed no interest in promoting it. Meanwhile, why are our heroes putting directors on the backburner?

On the other hand, the film's writer Trivikram srinivas deserves a lot of credit for the current success of Bheemlaa Nayak.
