AIADMK MP set an example in Rajya Sabha.


House secretariat performed a survey which reported 78% of rajya sabha members attended the House's daily sessions. According to a review of MPs' attendance in the Parliament's Upper house, AIADMK member SR Balasubramaniam is the most punctual rajya sabha member.

The survey was carried out on the orders of rajya sabha Chairman M. venkaiah Naidu. It indicated that around 30% of members were fully present in a session, with little less than 2% having no attendance. According to the analysis, the 75-year-old mp attended all 138 sittings of these 7 sessions.

In addition, the statistics indicated that less than 2% of members had never attended any of the 138 sittings owing to illness or other reasons for which leave had been granted. During the monsoon session, the greatest daily attendance of 82.57 per cent was recorded.

Everyone congratulates mp Balasubramaniam, who was the only one who attended the meetings every day. While he was held up as the ideal for everybody. The Vice President also commended the AIADMK mp for his perfect attendance in the house of Representatives. According to rajya sabha insiders, the statistics revealed thus far will undoubtedly encourage more individuals to attend the meeting.
