whole wheat bread· 100g
paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled· 1 small
onion, finely chopped· 1 small
tomato, finely chopped· ½

turmeric powder· ½ tsp
red chili powder· ½ tsp
garam masala· 1 tsp
oil· salt to taste· 1-2 tsp
green chutney (optional)· butter or olive oil for grilling
Instructions1.
Prepare the Paneer Bhurjio Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté until translucent.o Add tomatoes, capsicum, and green chili. Cook for 2–3 minutes.o Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.o Add crumbled paneer and cook for 2–3 minutes until all ingredients are well combined. Remove from heat.2.
Assemble the Sandwicho Spread green chutney (optional) on one slice of bread.o Place a generous portion of paneer bhurji on the bread.o Cover with another slice of bread.3.
