Cook on medium heat until the rice becomes soft and slightly sticky.Prepare jaggery Syrup:In a separate pan, melt the jaggery with 1–2 tbsp water over low heat.Strain the syrup to remove impurities.Combine Rice and Jaggery:Add the jaggery syrup to the cooked rice.Mix gently, ensuring the rice is well-coated with jaggery.Add Flavors and Nuts:Heat ghee in a small pan and fry cashews and raisins until golden.Add cardamom powder and grated coconut to the rice. Mix well.Fold in the fried cashews and raisins.Serve:Serve warm as a sweet festive dish.
