HP Survey - India Tops Global Happiness at Work Rankings.!
Getting a job is one part but doing that job without any pain while playing happily and singing is another part. That's why a movie poet wrote a song saying 'Adutu Padutu is working if you are working hard'. Now it is revealed that our indian employees are also doing their jobs by playing and singing as desired by the poet. It has been found that indians are also at the forefront of other countries in terms of happiness at work.
Indians have topped the hp Relationship Index. According to the hp Work Relationship Index, it has been revealed that 27 percent of people around the world are enjoying their job. It has been found that employees in our country are happier by having stability (flexibility), peace of mind and effective leadership. It is clear that the owners of the respective companies are also taking steps accordingly. It has been found that not only high paid employees but also low paid employees are happy with their work. Especially in our country many people are still getting very low salaries in their jobs. They were happy though.
