A Chennai-based IT firm on monday gifted more than 100 cars to its employees, cheering them up. In fact, the company gave these cars for the constant support of the employees and for contributing to the success of the company. Ideas2IT is an IT firm and its founder (CEO) gayatri Vivekanandan has taken this decision after being happy with the work of the employees.
Hari Subramaniam the Marketing Head of Ideas2IT stated, “Our organization has gifted 100 cars to 100 employees to recognize the employees constant support towards their growth. These cars are being given to those employees who are associated with us for more than 10 years. It is our endeavor that the profits earned from the employees should be distributed among the employees.
